Kate Middleton is once again proving that she is a new generation of royalty. The Duchess of Cambridge has decided that instead of giving birth at the Queen’s preferred hospital, she is going to reportedly have the royal baby at a different location!
The countdown to the royal baby’s arrival is getting closer! Kate Middleton is making the final decisions on delivery details and a royal insider says that the princess is planning to give birth at the public Royal Berkshire Hospital.
Kate Middleton’s Delivery Room Details Unveiled
Kate’s choice of the Royal Berkshire Hospital is more than ready for the arrival of the royal baby. An insider tells Life & Style magazine that the suburban hospital has facilities fit for royalty.
“The Royal Berkshire is a wonderful 19th-century building with a very good level of care,” the source says.
The maternity ward of the hospital recently went through a $2 million high-tech renovation to ensure that the new mothers would have a comfortable place to give birth.
The Duchess Of Cambridge Is Going Against Royal Tradition
Queen Elizabeth II‘s preferred hospital is the lavish St. Mary’s where both Prince William and Prince Harry were born. Kate, once again showing she is a princess of a new generation, chose to break the delivery tradition and go with the hospital that was just right for her. The royal insider tells the magazine that Kate continues to show she is a modern princess.
“Kate is showing she’s much more down-to-earth,” the insider adds.
Prince William Will Stay By Her Side Through Delivery
The soon-to-be mom will be accompanied in the delivery room by her husband, Prince William. He will make sure Kate feels as comfortable as possible and has everything she needs, according to the royal insider.
“He’ll make sure she feels as secure as possible,” the insider tells the magazine. “He can’t wait for this new chapter in their lives.”
