Brad Pitt has been by Angelina Jolie‘s side non-stop since she underwent a double mastectomy in February, and the London premiere of World War Z on June 2 was no exception! Top body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass exclusively tells HollywoodLife.com that while Angelina did not appear “thrilled” to be in the spotlight, she was “leaning on Brad for physical support.”

This red carpert premiere was 37-year-old Angelina’s first public appearance since she had a double mastectomy to prevent getting breast cancer, and she couldn’t have done so with without the help of Brad!
“She is leaning on Brad for physcial support,” says Dr. Glass. “He also grabs her and cups her back with his hand as further means of literally supporting her.”
Dr. Glass believes that Angelina appears uncomfortable when stared at, since this is the first time she has unveiled her reconstructed breasts.
She isn’t thrilled to be there for the world to be checking out her breasts following major surgery. Her smile is forced. Her posture is not as erect as it has been in the past, and understandably her dress seems to support her breast area and at the same time showcases her breasts, as she realizes that they will be the focus of attention.
