The fashionable first lady touched down in Ireland, where she flaunted her neat and chic style in a belted trench. Do you like her latest look?
Michelle Obama, 49, was photographed on June 17 getting off Air Force One at the Aldergrove International Airport donning a classic trench. Do you love the timeless jacket on the first lady?
Michelle Obama’s Trench Coat:
It was a family affair as the first lady traveled to Northen Ireland with President Barack Obama and daughters Malia and Sasha. The trip marked Barack’s first official visit, and we think it’s so sweet that he brought his family along for the ride! After all, summer vacation just started for his young daughters.
Mrs. Obama decided to channel her fall fashion amid the summer season opting for a tan, Burberry trench coat. She wore the coat over mahogany straight-leg trousers and paired it with a matching high-waisted belt. She can’t get enough of a good belt! Her daughters followed suit and also flaunted their fashionable outerwear for the occasion.
While it’s no mystery that one can never go wrong with the heritage-detailed staple, we could’ve done without the belt. Her pants gave the perfect color-constrast, but the belt was a bit much. Sometimes less is more, and in this case it didn’t need additional accessorizing.
Nonetheless, she is still rocking her trend-setting bangs and we are certainly a fan! Regardless of where she’s going, Michelle always manages to show off her appropriate yet chic style — and her latest outing was no exception!
