Ever since Toby (Keegan Allen) returned to Rosewood on the third season finale of Pretty Little Liars, the blue-eyed wonder has been steadily revealing secrets about himself — and that’ll continue on the show’s June 18 episode, when he opens up to Spencer (Troian Bellisario) about his twisted family history.
