Selena Gomez seemed to be flying high recently without ex Justin Bieber, but she didn’t look as happy and free while out with a friend June 10 in Los Angeles; she was biting her nails the entire time! The aftermath of the breakup might be taking a toll on her.
Selena Looks Unnerved At Lunch
It was revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY on June 4 that Selena and Justin called it quits again, but Selena didn’t seem to mind and was having a great time with friends just a day later. But the way she looked June 10 revealed otherwise — she definitely appeared bothered by something, gnawing on her nails during the entire outing.
While she looked adorable in a pair of loose boho-chic trousers, a black crop top and a cream sweater, she was caught in a spiral of biting her nails and looking down at her phone, spurring questions about whether something was bothering her — specifically related to Justin.
Is Justin Ignoring Selena Post-Split?
Now that the two have officially split again, Justin has expressed his happiness about his freedom via Twitter. On June 6, he tweeted, "studio, music, friends, sunshine. life is good,” not showing any signs of sadness just two days after the announcement of the couple’s latest breakup.
Justin even did some questionable things while the two were still together, just before their split went public. On May 28, he was spotted driving around with a mystery blonde. Days later, he partied late into the night in Miami, where he reportedly ended up at a strip club.
Though that may have been the reason for their June 4 split, as the time passes, Justin’s actions indicating he’s happily single may be starting to affect Selena. Who knows what will happen as they both embark on world tours in the near future!
