This is my confession. If ‘The Voice’ were a dancing competition, Usher would be winning first place. See his awesome performance from the June 10 episode.
While all the singers on The Voice were seriously amazing on June 10, it was coach Usher who stole the show when he debuted his new song “Twisted.” His amazing dance routine involved flirting with girls, showing off his amazing footwork, and even landing in two splits!
Usher Performs ‘Twisted’ On ‘The Voice’ — He Does Two Splits
Usher took the stage and said, “Let me put my shades on,” so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Plus, his “shades” looked more like glasses. Anyways!
Then moments later, he broke into his new song “Twisted,” and proved to us that while he’s been focusing on being an amazing coach to Michelle Chamuel on The Voice, he’s still had time to work on his stellar dance moves.
Before we knew it, he broke into a slick dance — very Michael Jackson like — his foot movement was just as sharp as his singing.
It even had country coach Blake Shelton jamming out, which was so adorable to see.
Usher even made the fans a little jealous while he flirted on stage with some of the dancers!
Michelle Chamuel Dedicates Song To Usher
After Usher’s performance, his contestant Michelle took the stage to perform her pick – Cyndi Lauper‘s “Time After Time,” which she dedicated to her coach.
Usher, you have become like family to me, you are someone I look up to, someone who leads by example both on and off camera. You have allowed me to be who I am. Time after time you have been there for me, so this one is for you.
The performance, like always, impressed Usher and he explained how much he loved her. So sweet!
So, what do you think HollywoodLifers? Do you like Usher’s new song?
