Kate Middleton: How She's Last-Minute Preparing For Royal Baby Jul 2nd 2013, 14:03, by Christina Stiehl Prince William and Kate are making final preparations before their bundle of joy arrives in mid-July, and are totally ready in case the royal baby decides to make an early appearance! As Kate Middleton‘s counts down the final days of her pregnancy, the 31-year-old Duchess is checking off her pre-baby to-do list with some last-minute appointments and furniture shopping! Kate Middleton Gets Last-Minute Hair Cut & Color Kate and hubby Prince William are set to welcome their bundle of joy on July 13, but the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge still needs to make sure that she looks good on her big delivery day! After an appointment with her London doctor, the mom-to-be stopped by St. George Street for a $1,500 haircut and color at Rosano Ferretii Hair Spa on June 20. Kate Middleton Furniture Shops For Apartment 1A Kate has also been doing some last-minute furniture shopping for the expansive, 21-room Apartment 1A in Kensington Palace. She was spotted looking at floral print fabric at Colefax and Fowler in London on June 17, and a source says the mom-to-be wants to make sure everything is in order when the baby arrives. “Kate is making sure she’s done as much as possible for the new house before the baby is born,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “Soon, she won’t have time for anything else!” Kate & William’s Emergency Birth Plan In case the royal baby decides to make an early appearance, Kate has been staying near William in their Anglesey, Wales home, according to Us Weekly. Even though that’s far away from her London doctor, the royal couple has an emergency birth plan that includes having a helicopter nearby and on call to fly Kate to London for her royal delivery!
