So exciting! Scarlett Johansson, 28, and her French creative agency manager, Romain Dauriac, announced their engagement on Sept. 4. They have been dating a little under a year.

“They’re engaged and very happy,” a source says of the couple to People. They also said that a rep for the actress had no comment.
This is Scarlett’s second marriage, after she got divorced from actor Ryan Reynolds, 36, in 2010. They got married in 2008.

The ring is vintage and Art Deco — perfect for the classically beautiful Scarlett. She’s been spotted with other rings on her fingers in the past year, but this large stunner from her handsome French beau is the real deal!
The actress displayed her bling at the Venice Film Festival on Sept. 3, where she is promoting her latest movie, Under The Skin. She wowed on the red carpet wearing a curve-hugging, black Atelier Versace dress with a jaw-dropping, multicolored Bulgari necklace — that was apparently so stunning that nobody noticed her ring finger until now!
She’s also on the Oct. 2013 issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK, looking gorgeous on the cover in a deep red hue. “Do I imagine myself having a full-on political career? That seems like a stretch. But who knows? I don't limit the possibilities. If I have more time, I may be able to lend a bigger voice to politics. I never close the door on those kinds of things," she told Harper’s Bazaar.
