The always stunning R&B singer, Alicia took her constant changing style to Europe this week. While accepting a prestigious award, she also amazed fashion critics with her choices for the night.
The ‘Girl on Fire’, Alicia Keys, who turns 32 today, looked very elegant at the the 40 Principles Awards held in Madrid last night. Looking hot in a black dress with a sheer, cut out inspiration, was fitted wonderfully against her curvy figure.The dress held a corset like inspiration but looked chic against the star. Even though the black dress looked like it was playing it safe, hitting just below the knee, the singer/songwriter proved that revealing can still look sexy. Leaving just enough to the imagination, the ‘bra-like’ top was covered over with a sheer fabric that went all the way up to her neckline.
The look was kept polished with cherry red nails, which are just as classic as the LBD (little black dress, ladies!) to say the least! Keeping a 60s vibe, Alicia played up a curly, fun up-do with just as much flare as her music. With just a set of silver, chain themed earrings, the starlet proves that wearing less is always more! While performing and accepting the award for Best US Composer of the Last Decade award, the new mom kept true to her creativity in her dress choice, she flaunted a similar top that showed off her bra, with a sheer covering piece and trousers for when she later took the stage. The new look included just a change of gold hoop-like earrings. her make-up selection was just as brilliant as the rest of her look. Alicia had a very dramatic cat eye going on and a natural hue of blush that complimented those cheekbones- pretty smart considering she was all smiles last night!
She was certainly on ‘fire’ with all these look last night.
