The Duggar family matriarch is the proud mom to 19 kids, but the star of TLC’s ’19 Kids & Counting’ reveals she would be so happy to welcome another baby! Do YOU think that’s too much?
Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar might make having 19 kids look easy, but the strong family matriarch of 19 & Counting said in a new interview that she wants to throw another kid into the mix!
"If God saw fit for us to receive another child we would love that and welcome that," the proud mom told Radar Online.
But trying for another baby may not be as easy as it was before. In 2011 Michelle miscarried her daughter, Jubilee and she thinks it might be because of her age.
"Well, I'm 46 years old, and if this is the end for me being able to bear children then that is God's timing. I will rejoice no matter where I find myself."
No matter what the proud mother is excited about the news of her grandchild.
"Having grandchildren is like cream on the top of a wonderful sundae!"
The Duggars Wanted A Baby Last Year
This isn’t the first time the seasoned parents express their desire to expand their family. They appeared on The Today Show Aug. 2012 and talked about trying to have another baby.
"We definitely are. We would love more if the Lord saw fit to give us more," said Michelle. "So, we will wait and see. But today isn't one of those days where we get to make that kind of announcement. I think our big announcement is that our new season is starting up," she said.
