After Sean Lowe announced on March 12 that he would be competing on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars, it looks like his marriage plans will have to be on hold until he competes on the show, which could last for months, depending on how far he gets — and then he wants to make a big announcement for the wedding date!

“The plan is to see how far he gets on Dancing, and then plan a wedding for after The Bachelorette is done,” a source close to the couple tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Because the couple wants to televise their wedding on ABC, it they will also make the announcement for the date on TV, the source says.
“They want to announce it either on the finale of ‘DWTS,’ or sometime when The Bachelorette is ending,” the insider reveals. “They want the biggest audience they can have for the announcement. Its all in the planning stages.”
