Drake couldn’t stop bad-mouthing Chris in a recent interview, and even said his relationship with Rihanna scares him! As the hater-ade continues, a source close to the singer reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY what Chris thinks about the smack talk.

No, ladies and gentlemen, the Drake-Chris Brown feud will not end. After Drake dropped some hurtful words in a new interview with GQ, all eyes have turned to Chris to see how he’ll respond. But a source close to the singer tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he might finally be taking the high road.

Chris Brown: ‘Focused On The Positive’

“Chris doesn’t want to talk about Drake or anybody but himself, what he’s doing and keeping it positive,” the source says.

The insider suggests that the 25-year-old R&B star is just as tired of his feud with Drake as everyone else, and realizes that the only way to stop it is to refrain from adding fuel to the fire. “He ain’t trying to comment on it and keep it going,” the source says. “He left that stuff in last year — he’s doing him and staying focused on the positive.” Chris did say, “I don’t like him,” about Drake at the beginning of April 2013, so he hasn’t exactly left all this behind him, but it is good that for the most part he seems ready to bury the hatchet.

Drake: Chris Brown Has ‘Made Me The Enemy’

Especially since some of the things Drake said in his GQ interview were pretty harsh:

It’s embarrassing, the amount of media coverage… two rappers fighting over the woman. He's not even a rapper, but still, it's the last way you want your name out there. It distracts from the music. But he's made me the enemy, and that's the way it's gonna stay, I guess.

While on the topic of Rihanna, Drake also mentioned that her and Chris’ relationship freaks him out: “If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly. Like, it gets really dark.”

The easy solution to this — don’t think about it, Drake! That seems to be the strategy Chris is employing, and all parties might be better off because of it. What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Let us know!
