When Miguel fell on top of two women during his May 19 Billboard Music Awards performance, it shocked everyone! Now one of the women has an attorney who is claiming that she might be seriously injured.
Miguel tweeted after the Billboard Music Awards accident on May 20 that everyone was okay, but that might not be the case. One of the women, Khyati Shah, has hired an attorney and he’s claiming that she may be suffering from a “neurological head injury.”
Miguel’s Billboard Fan Suffering From Brain Damage?
When Miguel was performing his hit song “Adorn” he tried to impress the crowd by taking a huge leap and he fell short! Miguel actually landed on the heads of two fans and it was so scary to watch!
The 27-year-old R&B singer appeared to be very concerned after the incident and he tweeted:
“Well, I think it’s kind of clear what happened. But I’m very happy to bring my new friend, Khyati, we just met. Unfortunately we did not meet under the best circumstances, but I think we’re okay.”
But that might not be the case anymore because Khyati’s attorney Vip Bhola says that she may have brain damage!
“Some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature,” Vip said. “And lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury."
Uh oh! Plus, Miguel’s tweet has since been removed from his Twitter account!
Miguel did speak about the incident immediately following his performance and he did feel really bad about it!
“The crazy thing is, when you’re performing and you’re just kind of into it. You never know where it’s gonna go and where you’re gonna go with it, and how that might turn out,” he said. “So this is one of the less favorable moments.”
We just hope that Khyati is okay and that she’s not really suffering from brain damage!
