Ashlee Simpson and Diana Ross’ son, Evan, grabbed lunch together in West Hollywood after they were spotted leaving a mutual friend’s home on the morning of July 2.

If there is any sort of love connection, Ashlee, 28, and Evan, 24, are keeping things casual for the time being.
“Evan and Ashlee have been friends for a really long time, probably ten years,” a source tells Us Weekly, denying any sort of romance. “They know each other from the club scene and have tons of mutual friends.”
Ashlee’s last boyfriend was Boardwalk Empire actor Vincent Piazza. They broke up in November 2012 after a year and a half of dating.
“There was no bad blood and no third party involved,” a source told Us Weekly at the time. “It was honestly just a long distance relationship and it became too hard to make it work.”
Ashlee is mom to Bronx, 4, with ex-husband Pete Wentz, 33.
Ashlee Simpson Becomes An Aunt Again
Ashlee recently became an aunt again when older sister Jessica Simpson gave birth to her second child, Ace Knute Johnson, on Sunday, June 30. Ashlee said that Bronx was very excited about the new addition and loves looking after his little cousins, Ace and Jess’ daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson.
“He is definitely very protective, and he’s so excited about every time she’s growing. He loves that stuff!” she said.
