The countdown is officially on! Kate Middleton could give birth any day now to her first child with husband Prince William, but sources say she’s just as anxious as any new mom to welcome her first child!
The world is eagerly awaiting the arrival of the royal baby, but no one is more excited for the new baby to be born than the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge! Prince William, 31, and Kate Middleton, 31, are ready to welcome their bundle of joy and the new heir to the throne, but it’s still their first child — and they have jitters like anyone else!
Kate Middleton ‘Nervous’ About Birth
Sources told Us Weekly all about the anxiety that Kate is experiencing in the days leading up to her delivery.
“Naturally she is a little nervous about the big day, but what new mum wouldn’t be?” the source told the mag.
Kate is obviously anxious about the birth, but that doesn’t mean that she’s not excited too! The Duchess is reportedly loving the end of her pregnancy!
“She’s full of energy and really rather used to the bump!” the insider added.
Kate Keeping Busy Before Birth of Royal Baby
Instead of worrying about the delivery, Kate has found herself busy in recent days, prepping for her new bundle of joy by doing a little redecorating. The Duchess has been eager to finish the redecoration project on her 20-room apartment in Kensington Palace before the family plans to move in in the fall.
“She’s still busy, making sure she’s done as much as possible for the new house before the baby is born,” the insider added. “Once the baby is born, she won’t have time for anything else!”
