Selena Gomez, 20, is obviously stunning, but we did a double-take when we saw her beauty look at her pre-taping of her performance for Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular in New Jersey on June 29. Selena Gomez’s Makeup At 4th of July — Her Red, White, & Blue Look
Selena strutted on the stage in a high-low white maxi skirt and a red crop top with white strappy sandals — but we we’re obsessed with her makeup! Selena decided to go along with the July 4th theme and wore blue eye shadow with white highlighter accents around the brow and a bold red lip.
While some may have though the look has a bit too literal of a color palate, we think Selena is so gorgeous that she she can pull off any look! Plus, we think Selena proves that blue eye shadow is no longer a beauty faux pas! Long gone are the frosted blue shades that dominated in the 1980s, and instead there are tons of shades — from sky to indigo — that flatter every skin tone. Plus, blue shadows really make brown eyes like Selena’s pop!
