She awaits judgment for felony possession of heroin and charges of assault – and she only narrowly avoided running into her husband in court! Courtland Rogers Gets Out Of Jail While Jenelle Evans Awaits Judgement — Jenelle’s Fate Hangs In The Balance
Jenelle and Courtland have a rocky relationship, but there doesn’t seem to be any chance of reconciliation. Courtland is making a plea deal in order to get out of jail and it just may pay off! Courtland will be released once the deal is complete, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. This may not bode well for Jenelle as the deal is likely to throw her under the bus.
"He was basically given his time served because he pleaded guilty to his charges and now he's going to get out, " a source close to Courtland revealed to Radaronline.com.
While Courtland pleaded guilty, he’s planning on taking Jenelle down with him! The teen mom went to court, where she just missed her husband — that could have been nasty! Her court date was extended to August 12 where she must continue await judgment– Courtland’s plea deal can only mean more trouble!
Courtland Rogers’ Jail Release Could Postpone Divorce Plans
The two are still legally married, but both plan to file for divorce as soon as they can. If Jenelle goes away to jail, this could push the divorce process off even longer!
Jenelle definitely seems worried about the prospect — and she responded to the ordeal with a sarcastic tweet on Twitter: “My lifeeeeee is soooooo greaaaaat! PERFECTO!” she wrote on July 25.
