Robert Pattinson enjoyed a night out at Shu, a sushi restaurant in Bel Air, on July 25, which is as far as you could get away from Silver Lake and Los Feliz, Kristen Stewart’s home turf. Is he trying to avoid an awkward run-in with his ex?
Robert Pattinson Avoiding Kristen Stewart In LA? — Staying Far Away
Considering Shu is in Bel Air, a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that if Rob, 27, was trying to avoid Kristen, 23, he couldn’t have picked a better place.
Shu is in Bel Air in a small shopping complex, which is about as far as you could get away from Silver Lake/Los Feliz — both the distance and the vibe. It’s a place Kristen would probably never go.
Kristen should be happy she didn’t run into Rob because he was seen dining with another woman! Even though we’re told it appeared to be an innocent dinner date, we can imagine Kristen wishing it was her sharing sake bombs and lobster rolls with R-Patz. An eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively:
Rob arrived at Shu around 7 p.m. last night. He was with one guy and they met up with a woman inside the restaurant. The woman had dark hair, looked a bit older than Rob, and was very pretty, but it didn’t look like a date or anything. And it wasn’t Kristen or Riley Keough. Rob and his friends enjoyed sake and beer — they looked like they were having a great time and had a lot to talk about. They had a lot of food too, including Wagyu beef tacos, kobe beef Tobanyaki, Miso Black Cod, Salmon carpacio, Lobster rolls, spider roll, and Shu roll. It was a lot of food, but they finished it all and left around 9 p.m. Rob was really friendly with everyone and so polite. He paid the bill and left a 50% tip!
