2 Chainz was involved in what reports are calling a police standoff, on Aug. 22 in Oklahoma, after they pulled over his tour bus because the taillights were out. Read on to find out why the rapper wouldn’t let the police on the bus!
2 Chainz just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. The 35-year-old rapper was arrested on Aug. 22 but the entire situation sounds a little intense! It turns out, 2 Chainz’ bus driver locked the police out and wouldn’t let them onboard when they wanted to come on because they suspected alleged drug use doing down.
2 Chainz Arrested After Tour Bus Standoff With Police
The police wanted to come on board but 2 Chainz and his crew weren’t having it. They wanted the police to obtain a warrant first and they did. A few hours later they went on the bus and arrested 11 people, including 2 Chainz for “interfering with the police process.”
We’re not sure what police found.
2 Chainz Arrested At LAX For Alleged Drug Possession
This isn’t the first time 2 Chainz has been in trouble with the law! 2 Chainz was booked on felony narcotics possession on June 11, 2013, for having under an ounce of pot and Promethazine, one of the two main ingredients of sizzurp.
Then he was arrested in Maryland, on Valentine’s Day, after police allegedly found weed on the him.
Just two days before he was arrested for alleged pot possession, he tweeted about smoking weed in San Francisco: “Rule #3 we definitely got geeked up in San Fran, best smoke in the world. 2 blessed 2 stress.”
