The NBC news correspondents are new mamas! Jenna gave birth to a baby girl named Harper Estelle on Aug. 21. She and her partner Stephanie are already gushing over their little girl, sharing baby’s first pics over social media. Congrats to the couple on their bundle of joy!
Jenna Wolfe gave birth to an absolutely darling baby girl. Harper Estelle Wolfeld Gosk was born on Aug. 21. This is her first child with girlfriend Stephanie Gosk. The adventurous news correspondents are about to take on their most daunting experience — motherhood!
Jenna Wolfe Baby Born — Daughter With Stephanie Gosk
Harper Estelle was born at 7:31 p.m. on Aug. 21. She weighed in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces.
Jenna was simply overjoyed when she learned that she was pregnant. She announced her pregnancy in March 2013. “This is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to us,” she told People magazine at the time. ”But I don’t want to bring my daughter into a world where I’m not comfortable telling everyone who I am and who her mother is.”
Jenna also revealed that she and Stephanie conceived via artificial insemination through an anonymous donor.
“Of all the jaw-dropping, head-turning, and eye-popping things I’ve ever told my friends and family (‘I swam with killer sharks,’ ‘I jet-packed 30 feet out of the water,’ ‘I scaled the tallest building in Canada’), nothing garnered more shock and awe (and, yes, some tears) than when I told people I was pregnant,” she wrote on the show’s mommy blog after her announcement.
“Just writing those words — ‘I’m pregnant’ — is surreal to me,” she wrote. “After all, I was never the kid that ran around playing house. I never had daydreams about being a mom and raising a family…As a kid, I would have chosen raising my adrenaline over raising children any day of the week. But then a funny thing happened on my way to adulthood … I grew up.

Jenna then added another adorable pic later and wrote:
