On Aug. 30, even as her marriage and her husband were falling apart, the reality star took to Twitter and put on a brave smile. Khloe Kardashian may be struggling inside, but she isn’t going to let it show. Hours after Lamar Odom compounded his problems by getting arrested for a DUI on Aug. 30, Khloe emphatically proved to all the doubters that she was staying strong. Khloe Kardashian: ‘Smile And No One Will Notice’ She first posted a photo on Instagram on Aug. 30 looking totally sexy with her friends with the caption, “Omg you can totally not sit with us,” a reference to Mean Girls. Three hours later Khloe posted another picture — a glam shot of herself (through all of this, we can’t avoid mentioning how great Khloe has looked). And then she took to Twitter to post a very telling message: “Smile and no one will notice.” Considering she posted the tweet just hours after her husband was released from jail, it seems like a clear reference to all of the hard times she’s had to go through recently. Khloe seems to be saying that even as her private life crumbles around her, she knows that she needs to keep putting on a strong, brave face. Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Fighting For Their Marriage Khloe and Lamar’s struggles — which really began to explode on Aug. 23 when allegations came out regarding Lamar’s apparent drug addiction — have been hard to watch, as every update seems to make things worse. But through everything, Khloe has surprised everyone by persevering at all costs. “Khloe’s not going anywhere,” a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “They will work it out — the two of them can handle this!” At least we know that Khloe can handle this.
