Miley has certainly brought her A-game when it comes to her past TCA looks. Just last year, Miley sported her adorable shoulder-length strawberry blonde hair and cute pink lipstick, and in 2011, she turned heads with her long wavy brunette hair, smokey shadow, and sexy outfit as she pole danced to her song “Party in the USA” –what a difference a few years make! This year, Miley wowed with her ultra sleek-and-chick platinum blonde pixie! It was swooped to one side and looked absolutely killer!
