Raz-B is on life support at a hospital in China, just one day after someone attacked him with a bottle at a nightclub.
R&B singer Raz-B, 28, was performing at a nightclub in China on August 15 when he was smashed in the face with a glass bottle as he tried to break up a fight in the crowd.
Raz-B In Coma On Life Support In China Hospital After Bottle Attack
Raz-B, a founding member of R&B boy band B2K, went to the hospital after the incident, and had a minor surgery to fix a cut on his lip. But the next day, he didn’t wake up, and his backup dancer rushed him to the hospital.
“He is in a coma and needs as many prayers as possible,” Raz-B’s publicist, Toy Jones, tells TMZ.
Raz-B is currently breathing from a ventilator, and he has been in and out of consciousness, sources tell the gossip site.
Raz-B Working On New Album In Summer 2013
As a teenager, Raz-B was a member and co-creator of the group B2K. The band’s final album, Pandemonium!, featured two singles that made the Billboard Hot 100.
Raz-B went on to start his own production company, RazBeatz Entertainment, releasing his first single, “Fire,” in May 2007.
Raz-B returned to the studio this summer to start working on a new album.
