Miley’s ever-changing buzz cut takes a surprising amount of maintenance. After all, it must be impossible to be constantly re-bleaching the short fuzz as it grows in! For this look, a touch of brown at the roots gives Miley even more of a punk edge. The multi-tonal hair shows that she’s not obsessing over keeping her crop in check, giving her even more of an effortlessly cool vibe!
Miley’s Smokey Eye Makeup — Hot Or Not?
For this look, Miley kept her skin fresh and face natural to really pop her smokey eyes. Sometimes she brings this look over the top with bright lipstick or sparkling bronzer, but the otherwise minimal makeup really puts the focus on her smokey eye makeup. The copper shades of her eyeliner and shadow are a much more flattering way to rock the smokey look for daytime, rather than using a harsh jet black.
