Courtland Rogers was finally arrested on March 6 for the six assault charges his estranged wife Jenelle Evans filed against him on Jan. 23. He was locked up after being served the charges — and was taken behind bars at the Brunswick County Sheriff’s office in North Carolina.
Courtland is facing the six charges Jenelle originally filed in January — four accounts of assault on a female, and two accounts of battery of an unborn child, according a statement by Brunswick County Sheriff’s spokesperson Emily Flax, Wetpaint is reporting.

Jenelle filed the charges in January shortly after their heated split, after which Jenelle moved in with her ex-fiance Gary Head. Her lawyer Dustin R. T. Sullivan revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY on Jan. 25 just how serious the charges are.
In North Caroilna, the charges are the “highest level of misdemeanor charges,” which could lead to major jail time for the Teen Mom 2 star’s estranged hubby. Courtland is "facing 150 days [in jail] on each count," Dustin reveald, but that it also depends on his prior record.
Courtland Rogers A No Show In Court
On Feb. 18, Jenelle was served a subpoena to appear in court regarding the charges, but her estranged hubby was a no show. Dustin revealed that Courtland didn’t appear in court since he hadn’t properly been served on the assault charges yet.
