Karrueche has had quite an eventful year, and she has so many great things to celebrate as she turns 25! Happy Birthday Karrueche!
From her tumultuous relationship with Chris Brown to the launch of her new fashion line, Karrueche Tran has had a year full of highs and lows. Take a look back at Karrueche’s biggest moments over the past year as she turns 25!
Karrueche’s Relationship With Chris
Karrueche’s love life was pretty rocky over the past year. Although Chris and Karrueche seemed to be doing well, their two-year relationship came to a sudden halt in October when Chris broke up with Karrueche. Chris told HollywoodLife.com, “I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I'd rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives.”
Although Chris began dating Rihanna soon after their split, he and Karrueche found a way to maintain their friendship. The exes shared a clothing line together called The Kill, and were still in contact. In April, Chris even admitted that he still had “love” for Karrueche even though they were no longer together.
Karrueche’s Fashion Career Grows
At 24, Karrueche’s career really began to flourish. In January, Karrueche took on the role of fashion designer when she launched The Kill collection. She also expanded her modeling career by taking on some daring photo shoots. She modeled her own clothes from The Kill collection in a sexy shoot for VIBE. Karrueche also stripped down for topless cover shoot for Rolling Out magazine in January.
Reuniting With Chris?
When it seemed Karrueche was finally out of the picture for good, Chris began hanging out his ex-girlfriend again, which ultimately led to his split with Rihanna in early May. A source told HollywoodLife.com that Chris “has been initiating contact” with Karrueche since he and Rihanna called it quits. Over the past few weeks, the pair has been spotted out together multiple times including at one of Chris’ birthday parties, on a date at Greystone Manor, and at a LA club after one of Chris’ shows.
It looks like Chris and Karrueche may be rekindling their old flame! Does Chris have any special plans for her birthday?
