Kate Middleton stepped out for her first official public appearance since giving birth on Aug. 30, leaving the little one at home with grandma. So cute! Kate Middleton Public Appearance – Carole Middleton Babysits Prince George It's only been 38 days since Kate gave birth to baby George and she’s already making her first public appearance — looking beautiful as ever, and letting George spend one-on-one time with grandma. Kate joined Prince William at a 135-mile long Coastal Ultra Marathon in Anglesey, Wales, where they currently live, while George was at home with Grandma Middleton. “I said ‘How’s he (George) doing?’ She said ‘He’s doing really well, he’s with his grandma,’” the source said the Telegraph, a U.K. newspaper, adding Kate said “George has been very good and is sleeping well.” Kate, 31, also dished on how much she’s loving being a new mom. “We were talking about the joy she was having from George and how quick he was changing, she couldn’t quite believe it. She’s enjoying every minute of it,” a source told the Telegraph. “He’s getting quite huge, she said.” Kate Middleton: How She’s Losing Baby Weight It was hard not to notice how amazing Kate looked after giving birth just five weeks ago! At her first public appearance, she was asked about how she’s shedding pounds — or should we say stones. A source told the Telegraph Kate mentioned she’s been doing a lot of walking. “She seemed genuinely interested in doing some walking.
