Are we sure Kate just had a baby?! The Duchess made her first official appearance with Prince William on Aug. 30 in Wales and reconfirmed what we already suspected — she looks (literally) unbelievable after giving birth!
Whatever they put in the water in Kensington Palace, we want some of it. Kate Middleton stepped out for her first official public appearance since giving birth to Prince George on Aug. 30, looking better than ever. It’s only been 37 days since she gave birth!
Kate Middleton Makes First Official Appearance
Kate joined Prince William in Anglesey, Wales, where they currently live and where he was preparing to do a 135-mile Coastal Ultra Marathon, according to Mail Online. The new mommy looked absolutely stunning — it’s been just over a month since she gave birth but she showed no signs of a remaining baby bump in a smart Ralph Lauren blazer, a decorated Zara top, a pair of dark skinny jeans, and a pair of beautiful wedges.
The Duchess was a welcome surprise for attendees, who weren’t expecting Kate to accompany William for the event.
“Initially the Duchess wasn’t going to attend but she was also keen for the chance to thank the people of Anglesey herself for the warmth and hospitality they have shown her and the Duke,” a source told Mail Online. Leave it to Kate to put aside everything to be gracious and humble!
The source also said that Kate’s appearance depended on how Prince George was feeling — so he must be doing great!
Kate Middleton’s Baby Weight Completely Gone
Cameras spotted Kate out for the first time on Aug. 26 buying groceries at a local store in Anglesey, so this isn’t Kate’s first appearance in general, but it is nice to see her up close and happy to be out officially in public, instead of in the midst of a private moment.
And even though this is the second time we’ve seen the Duchess out, we still can’t believe how amazing she looks just five weeks after giving birth. She is totally slimmed down and what baby weight she did gain has been totally shed. Can you believe that she has “hardly done anything to lose the weight,” as Us Weekly reported?
