Some of 20-year-old Miley’s TCA nominations include Choice Female Hottie, Choice Female Artist and Choice Summer Music Star. Meanwhile, Liam, 23, is up for Choice Male Hottie. It would be great if the pair supported each other — it’s such a big night for both of them!

A joint appearance would come on the heels of HollywoodLife.com’s EXCLUSIVE reporting that Miley is working harder than ever to keep her relationship alive.
"Miley's very committed to Liam and to making it work, but she has complained that she feels like it's always her making the effort to keep them afloat. Notice how it's always Miley visiting Liam wherever he's working and not the other way around. Miley would love it if Liam would make the effort to fly out and surprise her or something romantic like that but she's not going to fight over it."
