Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart — Impending Awkward TCA Encounter? Aug 9th 2013, 21:42, by Eleanore Hutch Rob and Kristen are both nominated for three awards at the August 11 Teen Choice Awards, including the coveted Liplock award! How awkward would it be if they had to accept that award together? There is nothing more awkward than running into an ex, especially when it happens at an awards show in front of hundreds of people! Kristen Stewart, 23, and Robert Pattinson, 27, have once again been nominated for the Liplock award for their steamy kiss in Breaking Dawn: Part Two, but this is the first time they will have to accept this award when they are no longer a couple. How is that going to go down? Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart’s Liplock Nomination At 2013 TCAs Rob and Kristen do many things well, and one of them is kissing. In fact, this is Rob and Kristen’s FIFTH Liplock nomination — some say that this trophy is more prestigious than an Academy Award — and if they win, it will be their third time accepting the award. However, every other time that the former Twilight stars have collected the award, they were a couple! Now, they have had a considerably bad but civil breakup, and it will be so awkward for them to have to accept the award together, that is if they attend at all. And besides, we all know how awkward K-Stew already is at accepting awards — remember the 2009 MTV Movie Awards when Kristen dropped her popcorn trophy when accepting Best Female Performance? Let’s face it, Rob and Kristen will probably win this year, because their kiss under the waterfall in the final movie was super passionate. I mean, this is a couple who have won the MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss five years in a row! They are also both nominated for Best Actor and Actress in a Romance Movie, so it is pretty likely they will attend. Lets hope they kiss and make up! What do YOU think HollywoodLifers?
