Jack Osbourne and his beautiful wife Lisa Stelly Osbourne made a heartbreaking announcement on Sept. 6: Lisa suffered a late term miscarriage and revealed that they lost their son-to-be. Lisa opened up about her experience on her mommy blog, and posted a really tear-jerking message to her fans.
Lisa Osbourne Suffers Late Term Miscarriage
Jack and Lisa have an adorable daughter together, Pearl Clementine, but the pair reveals they lost their second baby-to-be.
"I have been dreading this announcement," Lisa wrote on her blog, Raddest Mom. "I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week."
In the post titled “Unfortunate Announcement,” Lisa explained:
Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time. It's important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life's toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives.
Her sad but uplifting message received an outpouring of support from fans and women who went through the same awful experience.
Lisa Osbourne Coping After Devastating Loss
Lisa is coping with the devastating news by spending time with her family. Lisa posted to her Twitter page saying:
Cuddling my amazing, sweet hubby & shutting my eyes. Thank you all for the love & support. It means the world.
Our thoughts are with the family in their time of loss.
