Pilot News: Jennifer Beals Joins ABC Soap Venice Feb 13th 2013, 04:07 Jennifer Beals has landed a lead role in the ABC drama pilot Venice – and she’s not the only L Word alum joining the project. Ilene Chaiken — who created the acclaimed Showtime series — is also headed to Venice, coming on board as showrunner and exec producer, our sister site Deadline reports.
