9 pm Face Off (Syfy) | Director Bryan Singer (X-Men, Jack the Giant Slayer) swings by for a challenge that has the artists creating a two-headed giant.

10 pm Justified (FX) | Raylan’s discovery of a severed foot sets off a race against time; Boyd and Ava work to break into Harlan high society.

10 pm Wild Things With Dominic Monaghan (BBC America) | A remote cave in Venezuela is rumored to house a gigantic, aggressive, venomous centipede – so of course, Dom goes there.

10 pm Chopped (Food Network) | Honeycomb and snails are on the menu in the final round of the Chopped Champions tournament; the winner takes home $50,000.

10 pm Cougar Town (TBS) | Ellie goes into hiding after Andy decides to redeem his stash of sex coupons on Valentine’s Day.

10:30 pm The Burn With Jeff Ross (Comedy Central) | Season finale: The Daily Show‘s Al Madrigal and comedians Nikki Glaser and Ralphie May join Ross for his Season 2 closer, which also features a Friendly Fire with Snoop Dogg Lion.
