Jodi admitted to stabbing her boyfriend Travis Alexander 29 times and slitting his throat in a gruesome murder in 2008 but she’s still in the midst of her trial — will she go to prison?

Jodi Arias could go to jail for life or get the death penalty if found guilty of murdering her boyfriend Travis Alexander. The prosecutor Juan Martinez, has been questioning Jodi for 18 days on the stand and he doesn’t buy her story that she was attacked and then managed to kill him in 62 seconds.

Jodi Takes The Stand Again

Jodi claims that she had sex with Travis on June 4, 2008, they had sex, and somehow two pictures were taken of him. One before he was murdered, then another 62 seconds after he was found brutally murdered.

Jodi is standing trial for first-degree murder and could face the death penalty.

“Under your scenario, in 62 seconds you get body slammed, you do whatever you do but you get away,” Juan, the prosecutor says. “You run down the hallway, you go in the closet, you grab a gun, you back up, you shoot Mr. Alexander.”

He went on to say: “After you shoot Mr. Alexander, you pick up the camera…and he's already down the hallway with his throat slit.”

Then he added: “Given the time restraints here, and the fact that you didn't know where the knife was, it would have been impossible for you not to have the knife with you when the attack happened.”

It sounds like this will continue to be a very heated trial. Do you think she’ll be found guilty?
