HollywoodLife.com has spoken to a source who tells us that Kris believes he’ll be able to prove that Kim knew their 72-day-marriage wouldn’t last. Read on for Kris’ proof that Kim staged episodes on ‘KKTNY’ to make him look badly!
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries will head to trial on May 6 to battle out their divorce. It’ll be there that Kris will reveal evidence that Kim staged her marriage to Kris for the sake of reality TV ratings. HollywoodLife.com has spoken to a source very close to the situation who tells us that Kris has a big case built against Kim.
Kris Has Proof That Kim Never Loved Him
The insider tells us Kim worked with producers on Kourtney & Kim Take New York in 2012 to make it look as though Kris was a bad husband, by having scenes filmed and edited in a certain way.
“A person who is truly in love would never have staged scenes of KKTNY like that without her husband’s knowledge.”
One example that was actually brought up during Kim’s divorce deposition, is that the party Kris threw at the Gansevoort Park hotel, where they were living during September of 2012, was totally fake. But viewers thought that Kim had no idea, because she was out of town with her sisters! It turns out that Kim was actually upstairs at the hotel during the party!
“He said ‘I want to have friends over’ and she said ‘no, not when I’m not there.’” the source said. “Production knew that she was in the hotel and he was supposed to have a party. Production had liquor sent over, set up for the girls to come over.”
The insider even went on to say that the production created fake Twitter accounts for the girls who came to the room and pretended to be groupies. On Twitter the girls posted pics of themselves in Kim’s bathroom and in Kris’ closet.
“Kim set him up to look bad in the press,” the source says. “Kris was unaware of what was going on until after the divorce. Kim premeditating scenes with producers … anyone who loves their husband wouldn’t premeditate scenes like this.”
Kim Will Use Tears & Her Pregnancy To Win In Court
When Kim and Kris go head-to-head, the insider tells us that Kim will do anything she can to illicit sympathy from the judge.
“Friends and family are expecting Kim to use tears and her pregnancy as a sympathy card,” the source says. “We can expect her to say that she loved him when she married him, she’ll try to tug at everyone’s heartstrings.”
The source even adds: “She’ll have people ask Kris why he’s putting her through this while she’s pregnant.”
How Kris Is Doing & What We Can Expect In Court From Him

“He’s very calm,” the source tells us. “He’s in a normal space, he’s not stressed out. He has a strong, good case.”
