More and more details are emerging following the sad death of pro wrestler Reid, and a new report says that ‘drugs’ was the only word listed on the police report of his untimely death.
Reid Flair‘s death shocked and saddened the wrestling community, and now it has been confirmed that drugs played a part in his sudden death as they are listed on the police report. Reid, 25, was found dead in his Charlotte, NC, hotel room on March 29, and his famous wrestling father Ric Flair made a frantic call to 911. So sad.
Drugs Were Involved In Reid Flair’s Death
The report lists the “time of incident” as from 1:30 a.m. Friday to 10:35 a.m. on March 29. Under the category "incapacity types" for Reid, "drugs" is the only word noted, reports Newsday.
Ric is listed under his real name Richard Morgan Fliehr and he is called the ”reporting person.” An autopsy is currently being performed to determine the cause of death.
Scary details of Reid’s death emerged when audio of the 911 call was released.
"He's out cold! He's out cold and he's purple! Please!" Ric is hear yelling. "Please get a 911 team to my room! It's a residential hotel on South Park. I've already called 911. Sir, what are you waiting for?!"
Reid had been arrested several times in the past, culminating in a 2009 arrest for heroin possession. Newsday reached out to Ric’s rep Melinda Morris Zanoni who would not comment on the report.
