The former ‘Vampire Diaries’ co-stars will ‘remain good friends,’ despite their divorce, Paul’s rep confirms. Such a bummer.
Well, here’s a real bummer: Paul Wesley and Torrey DeVitto – whom we enjoyed watching on The Vampire Diaries together, on and off, for the past two seasons — have decided to get a divorce. The actors “have decided to amicably split,” Paul’s rep confirms to People magazine. “They will continue to remain good friends.”
Paul & Torrey’s Relationship Timeline
Paul, 31, and Torrey, 29, met on the set of the 2007 movie Killer Movie, then dated for four years, before finally marrying in April 2011 in New York City.
Paul currently stars on The CW’s The Vampire Diaries, which returns for its fifth season Oct. 8, while Torrey can be seen on Lifetime’s Army Wives and ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars.
While we’re glad Paul and Torrey are going to remain good friends, it’s always sad when a marriage comes to an end. We wish them both the very best.
