On the last episode of ‘The Bachelorette’, Chris Siegfried shared a special moment with Desiree Hartsock as they slow danced to a private concert by Matt White, and the singer spoke to us exclusively about his prediction for Brooks’ return, and his feelings on Chris Siegfried possibly being the next ‘Bachelor’!
Singer Matt White, who performed a private concert for Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried on the July 31 episode of The Bachelorette, has a theory. We caught up with the singer to ask him his opinion on Brooks Forester‘s untimely departure, and he is not sure that we have seen the last of him yet! Could Brooks be returning? Read on for the exclusive deets!
Brooks Forester Back On ‘The Bachelorette’?
Brooks devastated Desiree when he told her he didn’t love her on the semi-final of the show, and after she admitted that she didn’t love either Chris or Drew Kenney as much as him, fans were hopeful that he may return for the August 5 finale.
We asked Matt his opinion on the matter:
I think anything is possible, yeah, I think Brooks might come back for sure.
Matt witnessed one of Des and Chris’ most intimate dates, and we were dying to know if he witnessed a real connection between the two.
I didn't get to interact with Chris and Des enough to tell if they had a strong connection, but what I will say is the show is actually genuine, which is a question I often get.
Chris Siegfried — The Next ‘Bachelor’?
Matt spent the most time with Chris, so we thought he would know if the contestant has what it takes to possibly become the next Bachelor, should he lose this season.
From what I saw, I think Chris definitely has the potential to be the next bachelor. He is a really nice, stand up guy.
This could work out pretty well for everyone! If Brooks returns, Des will get her happy ending and Chris will get to find love on the next show! (Let’s forget about Drew!)
On His Music — Matt White’s New Album
Matt’s song “Love and Affection” has become the theme song to Des and Chris’ relationship. The singer preformed the track during a private concert for the couple on the fantasy suite episode. His new album, titled Shirely, contains many soft tunes that Matt describes as “raw”.
I worked with Warren Huart (The Fray) and Phil Allen (Adele). The album is all on piano and it’s named Shirley is for my maternal grandma who was the first female orchestra leader in the country back in the 1930′s.
