How awkward! On August 1, ‘Twilight’ star Kristen attended her pal Joan Jett’s LA show, and who else just happened to be there? Her love rival Riley!
This is such a bizarre coincidence! Kristen Stewart and Riley Keough met and became friends when they starred in The Runaways, a biopic of Joan Jett‘s life, and now they were both spotted at her concert! Talk about awkward! Kristen has not seen her former friend Riley, since she learned that she has been hooking up with her ex, Robert Pattinson.
Kristen Stewart & Riley Keough At Same Concert … AWKWARD!
Riley, 24, was snapped arrived at West Hollywood’s House of Blues on August 1 in a skirt and little boots, while Kristen, 23, was snapped by a fan inside the venue.
We wonder if they saw each other!
Kristen, who played Joan in the film, sat upstairs in a VIP section alongside some friends and Carmen Electra, and onlooker Nina Strauss instagrammed a picture of her, with the caption, “What an amazing night with Carmen Electra on my right side and Kristen Stewart to my left with Joan Jett performing, what can I say? I LOVE HOLLYWOOD!”
She also added that Kristen had a great time, despite being at the same place as her love rival.
“Kristen Stewart was awsome, shy, cute and tiny! We headbanged to Joan, it was amazing! She is so cool!,” said Nina.
How crazy! While it is not shocking that Kristen and Riley would both go to a Joan Jett show, it must have been so tense. Rob must be so glad he skipped it.
Kristen Stewart Was ‘Livid’ When Riley Started Dating Robert Pattinson
Riley and Rob, 27, were first spotted hanging out together in Rob’s pickup truck on June 29, Kristen was ”livid” with her former boyfriend of nearly five years.
“Kristen feels that she acted as mentor to Riley on her first film The Runaways, introduced her to Rob and encouraged her to make a career of acting,” the source explained. “Kristen is emotionally volatile at best of times and flew off the handle when she found out about Rob’s liaison with Riley.”
Kristen, Riley and Rob had all been friends; Riley even attended Kristen’s 23rd birthday party on April 9! No wonder Kristen felt betrayed by Riley and livid with Rob.
“Rob has been made aware through friends that she is devastated,” the source says. “She’s told Rob via friends she feels violated.”
Since then, Rob and Riley have cooled off, and he has been seen hanging around a ton of LA hotspots with friends.
