David Cassidy was reportedly pulled over in upstate New York — in Schodack, to be exact – on Aug. 21, when a police officer noticed the Partridge Family star’s high beams were on when they weren’t supposed to be. The officer, whose name is Tom Jones, allegedly smelled alcohol on David’s breath and administered a field sobriety test.

David blew a .1 and was arrested and taken to jail, TMZ reports. Unfortunately, he faces felony drunk driving because he had a prior DUI, stemming from a November 2010 arrest. In Feb 2011, he peaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence in Florida.
The 63-year-old actor was arraigned and released on $2,500 bail. He’s due to reappear in court on Sept. 4.
David appeared on The Partridge Family from 1970-1974, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island and most recently, he was a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice in 2011. He also appeared in a 2013 episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
