Zayn Malik of One Direction is off the market after popping the question to 20-year-old girlfriend Perrie Edwards — and he made it official with a big diamond ring! The couple hit the red carpet at the world premiere of One Direction’s movie, This Is Us, in London on Aug. 20 where the beaming bride-to-be’s best accessory was her brand new bling!
Perrie Edwards’ Engagement Ring:
The star looked stunning on the red carpet in a Patricia Bonaldi black and nude gown which featured illusion detailing, which was really visible when she turned around to reveal her bare back. The frock, from the Brazilian designer’s Fall 2013 collection, featured an embellished bodice. While the detailing on the dress was exquisite there’s no denying the fact that all eyes were on her engagement ring!
Perrie was beaming — and with a rock that big who could blame her? Zayn gave her a ring that’s made up of three large, round stones and an intricate band — and the diamonds shined so bright on the red carpet! The future Mrs. Malik proudly showed off her new rock and she was all smiles as she firmly placed her hand on her hip, letting the diamonds do all the talking.
While the couple officially began dating in April 2012, the 20-year-old boy band member popped the question on Sunday, Aug. 18 — and that’s when he gave her the exquisite ring!
