“The two have been dating pretty much for the last couple years under the radar,” a source tells us. “Demi doesn’t like broadcasting it and Wilmer is respecting her wishes, but they are in love and have been and will be for quite a while, if not forever. This is a major and important relationship for Demi. Wilmer understands her and has been with her through the thick and thin and will continue to be. They are each others rocks.”

Rumors have been swirling about Demi and Wilmer’s secret love ever since they were spotted having a romantic dinner together in Los Angeles on Valentine’s Day.
“They ordered almost everything on the menu, but they didn’t touch it for at least an hour. They stared into each other’s eyes the whole time,” an eyewitness told US Weekly.
