In the midst of all the rumblings that Miley and Liam are on the verge of splitting for good, HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source close to the couple who tells us that Miley and Liam have grown apart and there’s no marriage in the cards for the couple in the near future.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth‘s relationship is under a microscope and for good reason. The couple are rarely spotted together, Miley’s engagement ring is on-and-off, and the sources close to stars have been claiming for months that they have been having problems. HollywoodLife.com has now spoken to an insider who reveals that things are worse than ever.
Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth ‘Barely’ See Each Other
Miley and Liam were spotted looking quite uncomfortable together, at the Aug. 8 premiere of his movie Paranoia. Fans were shocked and relieved to see them together, hoping that this would kill the buzz that they are breaking up. But after Miley’s performance at the VMAs, and Liam not attending, HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source who tells us that it’s not surprising he didn’t attend, because the couple are rarely together.
“They barely see each other,” the source says. “I wouldn’t be surprised if they split for good soon.”
Miley & Liam — Calling Off Their Wedding?
The insider went on to tell us that despite the fact that they announced their engagement in May of 2012, there’s no marriage happening, at least not right now.
“They are not getting married, ” the source adds. “It’s not in the cards right now at all.”
This is such a sad thing to hear because at the time, Miley seemed so excited!
She told People at the time: “I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam.”
Then Miley tweeted on June 6: “Life is beautiful. I love you more today than yesterday but I love you less today than I will tomorrow.”
