Easter Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients:

- Courvoisier® Rosé
- Fenugreek Simple Syrup
- Courvoisier® VSOP
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Egg White
- Candied ginger garnish

Spring Forward
Renaissance Hotels
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Ketel One Vodka
- 1 oz. Fennel Syrup*
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- Splash Absinthe
- 1 Egg White (Pasteurized)
- Sprig of Fennel
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker. Add ice, and shake vigorously 20 – 30 times to emulsify egg white and create a foam. Strain into specialty coupe glass or martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of fennel.
Fennel Syrup:
- 1 Fennel Bulb, Chopped
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 3 Cups Water
Directions: Bring water to a boil. And fennel and sugar, and boil for 5-10 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved and fennel is fork tender. Remove from heat and let sit for at least one hour. Pour in blender and pulse until much of the fennel is blended. Strain to remove fibers. Let cool and store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
Casa Noble Organic Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Casa Noble Crystal
- 1 oz Fresh Organic Lime Juice (or the juice of 1 whole lime)
- ¾ oz Organic Agave Nectar
- Garnish: lime wheel and kosher salt rim (optional)
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake,
strain and serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a lime
wheel. To salt rim – moisten rim of glass with lime and gently
roll in a plate of kosher salt
The Hopping Bunny
Ingredients:
- Slice of Fresh Papaya
- ¼ oz. Agave Nectar
- 1 ¼ oz. Avión Añejo
- ½ oz. Aperol
- ½ oz. Orange Juice
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish with Fresh Papaya
Directions: Add a slice of fresh papaya and agave nectar to your mixing glass. The amount of nectar you add depends on how sweet you like your cocktails, but usually about a teaspoon will do the trick. Muddle to release the papaya flavor. Add 1¼ ounces of Avión Añejo, ½ ounce each of Aperol and orange juice. Then, top them off with ¾ ounce fresh lime juice. Add ice and give it a good shake.
Strain over ice, and garnish with a fresh slice of papaya.
On The Hunt
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Avión Silver or Reposado
- 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 One-Inch Cubes Fresh Watermelon
- Squeeze Agave Nectar
Directions: Muddle watermelon with agave nectar in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously with ice. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish as desired.
Easter Sunrise
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. MIDORI® Melon Liqueur
- 2 oz. Dry Ginger Ale
- Juice from 2 Lime Wedges
Directions: Pour over ice and serve in a low ball glass.
Sultry Spring Bloom
Ingredients:
- 1 3⁄4 parts Pucker® Watermelon Wow Vodka
- 2 parts Cucumber Juice
- Splash Fresh Lime Juice
- 3⁄4 part Simple Syrup
- Watermelon Candy Slice
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a Watermelon candy slice.
The Berry Bunny Colada
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 part SVEDKA Strawberry Colada
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 part triple sec
- 1/2 part egg white
- 1 small strawberry
Directions: Muddle one strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Combine remaining ingredients and shake dry without ice. Add ice, shake again and strain into a collins glass (filled with ice). Garnish with another strawberry.
Purity Santa Lucia
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Purity Vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz ginger-cinnamon syrup*
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 dashes Fee Brother’s Old Fashioned bitters
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for about 30 seconds, add ice and shake again. Double strain into chilled glass and garnish with a merengue cookie or piece of gingerbread.
*To make ginger-cinnamon syrup, bring 2 cups of water to a boil with 1tbsp of chopped ginger and one broken cinnamon stick. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool until steam subsides. Add two cups of sugar and stir until dissolved, straining out solids when done.
AKVINTA SOUR
Ingredients:
- Cool Limoncello & Akvinta Vodka shaken and served over ice
- 2 oz. Akvinta Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz. Limoncello
Directions: Shaken & strained over cubed ice in rocks glass, garnish with a sugared slice of lemon & a Maraschino cherry.
