Kim, you need to stop dressing as if you’re not pregnant. Your strategy of wearing skin-tight structured clothing is definitely backfiring! You’re beautiful, and there’s nothing wrong with showing off your bump, but there’s a better way to do it.
Kim Kardashian, no matter what size you are, you will always be gorgeous. But your recent fashion picks like tight high-waisted skirts and tailored tucked-in shirts just aren’t flattering your figure.
Kim, there is absolutely nothing wrong with showing off your growing baby bump. You should- it’s beautiful! You can even continue to wear tight clothes, but try out knit dresses or tops and bottoms – they’d be much more flattering than the rigid tailored looks you’ve been choosing.
I feel uncomfortable looking at those high-waisted skirts stretching across your bump and your butt! I can only imagine how confining they must feel. I’m not saying to try to hide your bump at all, but these outfits simply aren’t doing you justice.
We reached out to celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch and asked him for some tips for you and he told HollywoodLife.com that you can still be sexy while pregnant, but there’s a more flattering way to do it.
“Kim can show more cleavage or something tighter on top so she can still be sexy without accentuating her hips even more,” he said. “A great option is a fuller skirt with a cardigan or pairing a tunic with flowy pants or leggings. For once she can not show off so much of her notorious ba-donk-a-donk and proudly show off her baby bump.”
How Kim Can Work With Her Bump
Accept that you’re pregnant, Kim. Trying to dress like you’re not does not come off chic or sophisticated.
Try out softer clothes – I’m not saying you have to wear a muumuu. It’s not about trying to camouflage your bump, but just going with less structure.
You looked so beautiful on Mar. 15 in a beige, loose-fitting flowy dress, with a white blazer and gladiator sandals. Its’ angled hemline slimmed your body and made you look taller and very stylish.
Then, you stunned again the next night at the Temptation premiere in Atlanta in the black looser-fit, lacy custom-made dress which highlighted your stunning cleavage and was paired with leggings.
However, you’ve returned to your non-winning style ways . The skin-tight, high-waisted black leather skirt you wore to dinner with the family on Mar. 21, just looked painful – as if you had squeezed yourself into it.
Then today, March 22, you stepped out in a high-waisted pouffy mini skirt topped by with a tight T-shirt and high, strappy heels. Kim, your cleavage looked like it was sitting on top of your waistband.
I think you just need to relax your clothes and your efforts. Simplify your looks. You are only 5 ’2″ so if you can stick to one color, or one-piece dressing, it will lengthen you.
We know you can still look fabulous for the next few mother-to-be months.
Kim Could Learn From Kate Middleton
Kim, take a page out of Kate Middleton‘s book. Sure, she is much taller and not as curvy, so dressing for her figure may be easier. However, the longer looser coats she favors create a slimming silhouette! They still frame her body, but create a softer silhouette.
You’ll be more comfortable, and you’ll feel better. Feeling better will result in you looking better.
Kim, try out a tight knit dress that can still show off your gorgeous body. Or a soft fabric dress with a side-angled hemline, that is shorter in front and longer in the back.
