Say what? In a new interview, Miley reveals her new album will be very different from her others — including a collaboration with Snoop Dogg! Are you excited to hear the unlikely duo?
Recently, there has been a lot of buzz about Miley Cyrus‘ upcoming album, and she finally revealed some exciting news about it! In her March 22 interview on On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Miley confirmed that she will be teaming up with rapper Snoop Dogg on her new album!
Miley Cyrus & Snoop Dogg’s Song Together: Coming Very Soon
“I did a song with Snoop and it’s coming out very very soon,” the 20-year-old revealed to the show’s host Ryan Seacrest. “Actually, all my twitter fans are wanting me to say something today about my new music. So I can finally say I am gonna have a song with Snoop Dogg!”
Although this announcement will bring even more buzz to her new album, Miley insists she wasn’t originally planning to release the Snoop single first. The unique opportunity presented itself at the perfect time.
“I want this record to be just something that’s different and a bunch of like passion projects,” Miley explained. “I wouldn’t have calculated — ‘Oh the first song I want to come out is gonna be me and Snoop Dogg’ — that’s never what I thought it was gonna be. I thought it would be my single kind of first. But I’ve just been able to do these things where I’ve just been in the studio at the right time and these projects have magically just happened. It just happened. Which was amazing and now it’s gonna be the first thing people hear from me so I’m excited.”
