Hospitalized rapper Lil’ Wayne guest stars in Mack Maine’s ‘Celebrate’ music video just days after being readmitted for more seizures.

With all this negative press about the condition of Lil Wayne, it’s nice to see the rapper in high spirits in Mack Maine’s Celebrate video alongside Talib Kweli and other rap moguls.

Lil Wayne Looks To Be In High Spirits

Just days after hospitalization, Wayne looks high in spirits as his normal self in crazy floral print pants, a hoodie, hat, sunglasses and skateboard in hand as he helps promote the single.

Much like the song’s lyrics, “pop a bottle and celebrate, we made it to a new day,” so has Wayne as he recovers from his terrifying condition.

Despite the rumors, Wayne is doing better, according to his friends. Maine spoke out in a tweet early Saturday, March 16, and said, “Wayne is alive and well! We watching the Syracuse game…”

Birdman also spoke out, saying, “My son is in good spirit..feelin much betta…be home soon.YMCMB.”

Weezy even took it to Twitter to let fans and loved ones know that he’s okay. The tweet read, “I’m good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love.”

Kept In Good Company

For those of you who have been living in a box, Wayne was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after filming a music video last week.

Good friends like Nicki Minaj, Drake and Birdman have all been spotted coming to visit him at the hospital.

A source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that it was an emotional visit for Nicki.

"She cried because she didn't want to see him in the hospital with s**t in his arms and doctors around," the source said. While she didn't know what to bring him for a "get well soon" gift, she showed up with chocolates! She "just wanted to be there for him," the source said.

Weezy’s mother even flew out to Los Angeles to take care of her son.

What do you think, Hollywoodlifers? Isn’t it nice to see Weezy in high spirits in the music video?
