Malin Akerman and her husband Roberto Zincone are now parents! The Rock of Ages actress, 34, and her drummer hubby welcomed her first child on April 16, a little boy they named Sebastian Zincone — congrats to the happy couple!
Malin Akerman Welcomes Baby Boy
The gorgeous actress, who was recently featured on the ABC series Suburgatory, shared the good news of her little boy’s arrival via her Twitter account on April 16:
My husband and I welcomed our beautiful, healthy baby boy to this world this morning! Biggest joy of my life!!! #lovemykid
She later added his adorable name:
PS and his name is…Sebastian Zincone :))) Love him more than life itself!! #whatafeeling!!!
Malin Reveals How Easy Her Pregnancy Was
During her second trimester, the blonde beauty told Us Weekly that she was feeling great during her second trimester:
They say that your second trimester is when you get most of your energy and it’s the ‘easiest’ part of the pregnancy. Now I kind of feel like my body has acclimated a little bit. The last three months, I think it must feel heavy. That’s what I’m guessing.
She also told E! News right after her pregnancy announcement that she and her husband had been wanting to start a family for a while! She told the E!:
My husband and I have been talking about it for the past 10 years that we've been together, so it's about time.
