After being spotted leaving a doctor’s office in LA when she should have been performing in Texas, Rihanna spoke out about being in ‘hell’ because she was sick. Yikes!
“Hell” hath no fury like a peeved Rihanna! The pop singer was seen leaving a medical center in Beverly Hills, CA, on April 16 the day after she canceled her show in Houston, TX., where she was set to perform, and her fans are not happy about it! RiRi took to Instagram to defend herself, saying that she “f**ked up,” and that she has been in “hell.” Do YOU think that is a good enough excuse?
Rihanna Apologizes For Canceling Show In Texas
As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Rihanna cancelled her show in Houston — and her Dallas show on April 16 — because she was sick again.
“I was sick since San Diego! I kept working because I thought two days off after the Vegas show would be enough time to recover and I f****ed up, those were two days off from hell and today is not different!” she wrote on Instagram on April 15. “I'm sad and disappointed about it! I had all kinds of plans for Houston!”
Rihanna pulled the plug on her Houston concert after suffering a cold and laryngitis, and this is not the first show she canceled.
Before that, Rihanna canceled on a concert in Boston on March 10, as well as a Baltimore show back on March 12. Her management team released a statement saying she’s suffering from laryngitis.
Rihanna’s fans are severely peeved, because on April 11 she posted pictures of herself partying for her BFF Melissa Forde‘s birthday.
Rihanna should not have partied if she was sick. Are her excuses valid?
“It’s tax day, and she mad about all the millions [she has] to pay,” a source jokes to HollywoodLife.com before telling us the real reason RiRi couldn’t perform in Houston. ”She had to cancel tonight because [she's] sick again! It sucks. She hates letting her fans down and it drives her crazy when [she's] not on stage.”
“She feels bad, but what can she do?” our source continues. “This cold and laryngitis … just ain’t the business, but she will bounce back. She just laying it down, trying to get better.”
