After a few public jokes, Selena Gomez has toned it down and is actually being nice to Justin Bieber! Why so sweet? A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Selena has chosen to take the high road during their very public breakup.
“She will not knock him in public, especially with her new music being out,” the source explains. “She is the first to know that she doesn’t want to get on the Beliebers’ bad side.”
During an interview with the Johnjay and Rich radio show, the show’s host asked Selena if she really did make Justin cry after she joked about it on The Late Show. Selena responded, “No, it’s fine.” Then added, “I care about him a lot.”

Although Selena is trying to be nicer to Justin, that doesn’t mean she wants him back. Selena’s new single “Come & Get It” sounds like a plea to get back together, but Selena squashed rumors that the song is about Justin during an interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest.
"Honestly, to be 100% real. It's not really about a specific person. The reason why I wanted this to be the first single was because it exudes, like I said earlier, confidence and strength and that is something I'm willing to share with the world. That's the place I want to be in and I want to represent something good and be a good example, so I think it's fun," Selena revealed during the April 8 interview.
